Return
All products have a cooling-off period of 7 days, which starts on the day you receive the last product of your order. The return process must be initiated within this period. We charge €7 for shipping if the product is not defective.
Your item may be returned if the item:
is undamaged
is unused
within the period within 7 days of purchase
Your return will not be accepted in the following cases, among others:
The item has user damage
The original packaging is missing
The defect is not covered by the warranty
Gift cards cannot be returned
Please note: products on sale can only be exchanged for store credit.
Exceptions: If there is a sale on our website on days such as: Black Friday, Halloween, Christmas, New Year, etc., we cannot issue a refund or discount on all orders placed before and already shipped. By placing the order, you as a customer agree at that time to the price that is stated on the website at that time.

Warranty
We know the value of quality, so every product we sell comes with a 6-month ZAMAAN warranty alongside any remaining manufacturer’s warranty it may also have. Should your watch stop working properly through no fault of your own then we shall repair it free of charge for the duration of your warranty.
How the Warranty Works
ZAMAAN warranty is the malfunctioning of the watch under any circumstance outside of mistreatment of the watch. In this period of time, you can send our support team an email with a detailed description of your problem. If any physical inspection is required you will be asked to send the watch back to us, this is, of course, is free of charge.
If you have any remaining manufacturer’s warranty, then you can send your watch to them for repair either via us: [email protected]
If your watch is not covered by any warranty then you can send a mail to us for a quote. Any work undertaken by us will be covered by a further 6-month ZAMAANwarranty.
Important Information:
Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects only.
Our warranty is subject to the same terms and conditions as the manufacturer warranty. The standard manufacturer warranty does not cover theft or loss of the watch. Normal wear-and-tear or damage caused to the watch by accidents or mishandling/mistreatment are also excluded, as well as damage caused to a watch due to submersion in water which is against the manufacturer’s guidance. In particular, wear on the watch strap is not covered by the warranty.
Any modification of a watch by the addition or substitution of components by aftermarket products that have not been provided by the manufacturer will also invalidate the warranty. The use of aftermarket components can severely compromise the technical performance, reliability, and waterproofness of the watch.
Warranty return packs are sent directly to the Service Centre, however, you are free to deliver your warranty return to any Watchfinder premises where it will be forwarded along to the service centre directly. Please be advised that warranty return packs must be adequately insured at your own expense. The warranty is in addition to your statutory and common law rights.
If your product has a problem:
If your product has developed a fault, you can return it to us for inspection. If the repair is covered by your warranty, it will be undertaken free of charge. A member of the warranty team will then contact you to arrange the repair.
